The project started when I decided to buy my own domain (above). It was originally launched on my laptop in August 2017 with absolutely no knowledge of any webdev languages and just used the Apache2 default CSS file, though I've learned much in that time and this site reflects that.

Nowadays, the hosting machine is an ancient desktop from 2006 I cobbled together for the express purpose of hosting. This site is as light as possible for both browser and server since sites these days are really bloated and I want to break the mold.

The upside to all of this is that you can open this page on the oldest browsers! I tested this with the earliest version of Netscape I could find and even without CSS support it renders the way I want it. Give it a try if you want!
